✅ DO’S – What You Must Do for a Safe, Responsible, and Enjoyable Experience

🏃‍♂️ During the Run

  • Wear proper footwear: Trail or sports shoes are mandatory. Avoid sandals or flip-flops due to rocky, muddy terrain.
  • Wear your official race bib/T-shirt: For easy identification and to receive your medal, meal, and certificate.
  • Follow your race category timings: Be present at least 30 minutes before flag-off.
  • Stay hydrated: Use refill points along the trail. Carry a refillable bottle – no single-use bottles allowed.
  • Stay on the marked trail: Follow signage and instructions from volunteers; the trail is mapped for safety.
  • Maintain pace and be aware of your limits: There will be first-aid at checkpoints if you feel unwell.

🌳 For Environmental Responsibility

  • Carry a cloth bag or small backpack: For your water, snacks, and post-run sapling.
  • Take your sapling home proudly: Plant it and share your tree story – be a Guardian of Nature 🌱
  • Use dustbins and eco-bags provided: This is a zero-litter event.

👥 For Students & Schools

  • Bring your ID card and wear your school uniform or running gear.
  • Stay with your school group: Teachers and group leaders are responsible for student safety.
  • Follow all instructions from team volunteers and teachers-in-charge.

🛑 For Safety & Medical

  • Declare any medical condition in advance. Inform registration team or carry a medical ID card.
  • First-aid booths are placed at intervals – use them if needed.
